How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to you via email. Once your order has been processed, packed and prepared for dispatch you will receive your tracking information. From there, you can track your order in transit!
What do I do if I have added the wrong address?
If you have made an error with your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please double check and triple check your address is entered correctly before confirming your order. Shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
What if I have a delivery issue?

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders over $75 AUD will receive free standard shipping, Australia wide.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 12pm AEST (Monday - Friday) will dispatch our warehouse the following day. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours upon successful payment.
What happens if my parcel is damaged during delivery?

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to addresses in Australia, however we are looking at expanding over the next few months to NZ.
Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
Not at this point, however if this is something you would like us to consider doing, please reach out to us via email at email@example.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email order confirmation once an order has been placed online. You will then receive a secondary email notification with your tracking details.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation.
Please check you entered your email address correctly at the
checkout. Also, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still do not receive your order confirmation, please contact our team via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I edit my order?
We endeavour to make changes to a customer’s order upon request. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any requested changes before an order is dispatched. Please contact our team via email email@example.com if you need to amend your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you confirm your order online and pay, this is sent to our warehouse for packing & shipping. We cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled however please contact our team via email firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to discuss cancelling your order.
What happens when I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

What if I have an issue with a Bodiez product I purchased from another retailer?
